I live locally in Redondo Beach. I had an oversized garage door that needed to be replaced. These guys were great! They are family owned and operated, and the owner, Shawn, is so friendly. They came out quickly, and gave me a fair quote. They were professional, courteous, gave me a great price, and followed through on everything they said they would do. I highly, highly recommend them! I had a thirty year old opener in an install that three other companies were baffled by, and GR8 Garage Doors were able to check it out and install it with custom fabricated parts within a few days and at a price comparable to the basic estimates from other places. Customer service is certainly number one with this company. Shawn, the owner, was hands-on and made sure to keep me updated on my garage door order and that I was satisfied with the entire experience. I'm very satisfied with the door, opener, and keyless entry. The door is quiet and smooth and looks wonderful. I always thought the cheapest level garage door would be noisy but learned that's not true at all. The installer was professional and got right to work when he arrived. When he was done, he programmed the keyless entry with me and showed me how use it. Working from my garage I needed a better way to move in and out of it. Shawn team did an amazing job replacing my old garage door with these fantastic one with pedestrian door. Communication is perfect and they answered any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.
