Highly Recommended. Our garage door did not work. Tech arrived the same day I called, assessed that cables and sensors were having issues, and fixed the problem in a matter of moments. I will definitely be returning to them when the entire door replacement is needed in future.

I had a thirty year old opener in an install that three other companies were baffled by, and GR8 Garage Doors were able to check it out and install it with custom fabricated parts within a few days and at a price comparable to the basic estimates from other places. These guys are excellent to work with, and if you have a bizarre setup, their experience is indispensable.

Customer service is certainly number one with this company. Shawn, the owner, was hands-on and made sure to keep me updated on my garage door order and that I was satisfied with the entire experience. I'm very satisfied with the door, opener, and keyless entry. The door is quiet and smooth and looks wonderful. I always thought the cheapest level garage door would be noisy but learned that's not true at all. The installer was professional and got right to work when he arrived. When he was done, he programmed the keyless entry with me and showed me how use it. I did not shop around but felt the price was reasonable and never felt pressure to buy more than I wanted or needed from Gabriel, the salesman. I would use this company again.
